Indications can be set up and determined according to the project’s requirements. When a ticket contains eg. duplicate data and you want to be notified, you can configure an indication.
You can add new indications in this menu.
Go to Projects → Indications.
Search for indication
You can search through existing indications by entering a keyword in the search bar.
Create a new indication
- Click to open the Indication form.
- Fill in the Indication form. You can also decide if you want to limit indications to a time span, if so, set the toggle Limited to time span.
- Click Save.
|Active toggle||Select whether your new indication should be set to active or not.|
|Description||Insert a description of your new condition.|
|Monitored field||Triggers Indication highlighting when value of this field changes.|
|Critical amount||Insert a number that defines the threshold for showing the critical indication.|
|Warning amount||Insert a number that defines the threshold for showing the warning indication.|
|Info amount||Insert a number that defines the threshold for showing the info indication.|
- Select the Indication you want to edit from the list in the Indications Main Screen.
- Edit the wished form fields inside the following tab: New indication.
- Click Save.
Impact of indications
Indications are used for highlighting tickets. They are indicated by exclamation and information symbols. Configured indications are visible in the header of Ticket Details, in the Condition and Indication tabs (under Overview tab in the Ticket Details) and in the Ticket Pool (all in work place). Indications are visible in the Info/Alert row of the Ticket Pool.
Customize table view
Click on the customize table view symbol to adjust the displayed table view to your needs.
